INFORMATION: Earl Grey is world renowned as a classic English tea - probably as famous as the Tower Bridge or Big Ben. If you are fan of Earl Grey this tea has a taste that stands out above with the premium bergamot flavor - the signature taste of Earl Grey. This is a tea that would complement a royal meal or any another aristocratic occasion for that matter! One has to assume that Charles Grey himself (1764-1845) would have strongly approved of this delicacy.
HOT BREWING METHOD: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
