INFORMATION:
Blended using certified organic teas from Sri Lanka, China, and Tanzania; this tea is full-bodied, astringent, with subtle touches of jammy toast. With a little milk and a dash of sugar, this tea makes a perfect compliment to a proper English breakfast (the meal!).

HOT BREWING METHOD:
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil at 100ºC/212ºF. Place 1 tea bag for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
